The worst time to wear socks is when in the snow at school, and you didn't bring your snowboots.
You have to sit the WHOLE day at school with wet socks. At the end of the day your socks STINK, LIKE, SSSTTTTTTTTIIIIIIIINNNNNKKK. THEY SMELL LIKE A PIECE OF POO.
The BEST time to wear your socks is when your walking on a cold marble (or tile) floor, and you want to keep your feet warm. You can also slide on hard floors too so its like you're ice skating.
